Shipping your purchases
1. Transport company:
Moroccan Style works with the transport companies MRW and InPost.
2. Price
Prices for deliveries to Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, and Monaco vary depending on the size and weight of the package. These prices will be specified for each item.
Prices for deliveries to other countries: please consult customer service before placing your order.Shipping with Punto Pack pickup is free for purchases over 50 euros for shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
Home delivery is free for orders over 70 euros within the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
3. Delivery time
Delivery time: Delivery time will depend on the destination and the type of shipping chosen. In Spain, for products in stock, the following options are generally offered:
- For home delivery options, please allow 2 to 3 business days (including preparation, shipping, and delivery times).- For deposit options in your Pack Point nearest, a time of 3 to 4 business days.
4. Tracking deliveries with MRW
Once your order has been shipped, you can track the delivery of your package in real time.
When your package is shipped, your order status will be updated with your tracking code. Go to www.mrw.es or click on any of the MRW logos on our website to go to the MRW shipment tracking page.
In case of absence, MRW will leave you a notice. You can reschedule a second free delivery on the day of your choice by visiting www.mrw.es or you can pick up your package at your main post office (attached to your place of residence). In this case, you can pick up your package at MRW up to two weeks after delivery.
5. Track deliveries with InPost
Once your order has been shipped, you can track the delivery of your package in real time.
When your package is shipped, your order status will be updated with your tracking code. Visit www.puntopack.es or click on any of the InPost logos on our website to go to the shipment tracking page.
In case of absence, InPost will leave you a notice. You can reschedule a second free delivery on the day of your choice by visiting www.puntopack.es.
