Do I need to register to purchase?

It's not required. You can checkout as a Guest, simply by entering your name, email address, and delivery address. However, to track your order from the website, we recommend that you register.

To register, simply enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to log in.You can log out and log in as many times as you need, following the samemy procedure.

From which countries can purchases be made?

You can purchase from any country in the European Union, but you must send us an email to tienda@moroccanstyle.es indicating the items you are interested in, as well as the quantities and shipping address, so we can provide you with shipping costs outside of Spain.

Prices and taxes

All prices include VAT but exclude taxes such as fees, duties, or surcharges. Moroccan Style reserves the right to modify its prices, terms and conditions, products, and promotions without prior notice.

How can I find out the status of my order?

By accessing your account, you can obtain all the information about your order. If you have any questions, you can contact us at 627 297 251 or tienda@moroccanstyle.es, providing your order number.

What payment methods do we offer?

You can pay by bank transfer or through PayPal, where you can use a credit or debit card, even if you don't have a PayPal account. You can also pay through your own PayPal account without a credit card.

To pay by bank transfer, you must use the order reference as the order reference. If you pay by bank transfer, you have three days from the date of the order to complete the payment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, we will cancel the order. Your order will not be shipped until the amount has been received in our account.

Are all products in stock?

We have most products in stock with immediate delivery within 2 to 3 business days, and we also have other products that require special orders due to their specific characteristics. In this case, delivery times depend on the supplier and will be informed during the purchasing process.

How do I invoice my company?

If you need a business invoice, please include your VAT number in the "Full Name" field after your company name when requesting billing information during the purchasing process.

Shipping costs, delivery times and conditions:

Shipping costs for standard orders start at €6, increasing depending on the volume and weight of the package.

Orders will be shipped via Correos courier service within an estimated 3 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery will be made to your home or business door. If you are not present during delivery, up to two additional attempts will be made. To this end, it is important that you provide your phone number when making your purchase so that the shipping company can contact you to arrange delivery of the package.

InIf the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the nearest post office and, after 15 days, to Moroccan Style. You must contact us to arrange for a new shipment.

Returns

You can request a return for your item as long as it was not custom-made or made to order (unless it is defective). The return period is 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

At Christmas, we are extending the return period until after Three Kings Day (January 10) for all purchases made after December 1.

To make a return, you must notify us in writing at tienda@moroccanstyle.es of the reason for your return, including the order number and the date of purchase. If the return is due to a defective product, Moroccan Style will cover the return shipping costs and replace it as soon as possible. If stock is out of stock, the amount will be refunded, including shipping costs.

If the return is made for reasons not attributable to Moroccan Style (change of mind, wrong choice, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and will be responsible for returning the product in the same condition as it was delivered. The product will be refunded in the same amount as paid, less the return shipping costs to Moroccan Style.

When will I receive a refund for my returned order?

Credits are processed in approximately 7 days, and any refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the initial payment.

Incidents: My order arrived in poor condition, what do I do?

It's very important that you check your order as soon as you receive it. We have insurance that covers breakages, but we only have 24 hours to notify you after confirming that the package has been delivered.

In the event of an incident, please take photos of the box and the damaged product, and email us at tienda@moroccanstyle.es with the photos and the order number.

If you notice that the boxes are damaged upon delivery, it is very important that you write on the carrier's delivery note: "Box damaged, pending review."

After 24 hours have passed since your order was delivered, Moroccan Style is not responsible for claims due to shipping incidents.

How do we proceed with an accepted transport incident?

If the product is in stock, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible and collect the defective item for appraisal.If we don't have it in stock at the moment, we'll inform you of the new availability date for your acceptance or refund the full amount of the order.

Do the items come with any warranty?

All our products have a 2-year warranty against possible manufacturing defects.

The warranty is excluded when defects are due to abnormal or improper use of the product. For approval, the product will be collected and sent to the manufacturer, who will determine whether the incident falls under the warranty.
